Payment:

After your initial first payment, all further payments will be taken on the 1st of every month, and then delivered to you on the second week of the month.

You can cancel or amend your subscription at any time via your online profile or the link you will receive in your initial email.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are not included and will be charged at the standard rate within the UK at the end of the checkout. You will receive further email notification of shipping details once we send them out, where you can track your box.

Please Note:

You can’t add extra products selected from our online store into the box. The Big Smoke Beer Collective is a standalone, specially packaged box of beers, and we are unable to add further products into the boxes. If you wish to purchase additional items from the web shop, we ask you to please place a separate order with us.

Payments:

All payments are taken via Stripe, we do not hold any financial data or card information on file. The payment provider is completely secure.

You will be entered into a regular credit or debit card payment schedule – you can cancel at any time by logging into your account.

If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer, Stripe will reattempt payment again after 1 day, and up to 3 days from the initial failed payment. After this time, we will contact you to confirm cancellation of your subscription.
